Best Places To Play Pokemon Go - Post

Despite never reaching the heights it gained immediately following it's release in 2016, Pokémon Go and it's community are still going strong almost a decade later! Looking to start your journey or get back into the game? Here are the best spots to play in Perth!
Kings Park and Botanic GardenWithout a doubt King's Park is the definitive spot in Perth, with hundreds of PokeStops, numerous gyms, and a very active community to top it off. There are meetups here for every event, meaning you'll be able to experience the event fully with the help from others.
Whiteman ParkHonestly, Whiteman Park is incredibly slept on as a Pokemon Go destination. I'd personally argue that the gyms here are significantly denser than King's Park, meaning you'll easily be able to complete more raids with less physical effort. Although there aren't as many Pokestops when compared to Kings Park. This only counts the main village though, if you decide to take a roughly 5-10 minute walk down to Mussel Pool, another large set of stops and gyms become available. There's also the Children's Forest in between the two locations, which itself is filled with additional stops. Whiteman Park's biggest weakness is the complete lack of active players meaning it'll be down to you and whoever you're with when it comes to raids and overall experience.
Yokine Regional Open SpaceStops, stops, stops – that is Yokine's biggest strength. Yokine is perfect for the non-raid focused events where you need a ton of spawns and/or research but not so much raids. There's still quite a few gyms available as well, but its biggest strength is that everything is accessible within a 10-15 minute walk. For those on the northern side of the river, this is probably an easier spot to access while still maintaining a similar experience to Kings Park.
